Agentic AI

Agentic AI refers to AI systems designed to pursue goals through planning, tool use, memory, feedback and multi-step action.

An agentic system may operate with varying degrees of independence, from heavily supervised workflows to long-running autonomous processes.

Agentic AI is not the same thing as AGI. A system can be highly agentic while remaining specialized.
