AI Autoresearch

AI autoresearch is the use of AI systems to perform parts of the research process autonomously, including generating hypotheses, designing experiments, writing code, running evaluations, interpreting results and proposing subsequent experiments.

Instead of using AI only as an assistant to a human researcher, autoresearch places AI inside the iterative loop through which research progress is produced.
